Swift Square will be constructed in a number of phases. Phase 1 is complete and comprises of Buildings One and Two, marked on the aerial image above, extending to a total of 135,000 sq.ft.

The majority of Buildings One and Two are occupied by BMW, Electric Ireland, NSAI, Teradata, Euromedic, Slidepath, Clarks and Geberit.

Cosgrave Property Group are also responsible for the management of the buildings and facilities at Swift Square.

Cosgrave intends to develop additional office accommodation in Phase 2. It is intended that the lands to the rear of Swift Square marked for "Future Development" will comprise a mix of offices, residential and retail units.
